HARLOW LEAGUE COVID UPDATE:
Anyone who is experiencing any symptoms of covid must not attend and should get tested immediately. If tested positive please follow Government guidelines and isolate as necessary.
Anyone in close contact with someone who has tested positive for covid is also requested to avoid the centre and to follow Government guidelines.
Normal rules of the game will be applied
No spectators are allowed.
Players to come in the front of the leisure zone and leave by the back doors.
Ct 1 players to enter through the 1st door and ct2 players to enter though the furthest door.
All players to leave by the back doors nearest their court as soon as their game has finished.
The home team to enter the courts first then use the bench near the back door. Away team then use the bench nearer the entrance.
ie 11 v 12 = 11 being the home team
Teams to bring a ball and to sanitise both ball and hands before the game and at half time. Please refrain from shaking hands at the end of the game for the foreseeable future.
Please use common sense to ensure our league remains open and safe for everyone.

The fact you're reading this means you've been thinking about netball. We are a friendly local club with members of all ages and abilities, so don't be put off wondering if you're good enough, because you are!
Some of us come for fitness and to meet new people, whilst others come for the competition. We train each Thursday in Ongar and always play a friendly game once we've warmed up.
If competition is what you're after we have teams in back to netball leagues as well as senior leagues that take place in both Redbridge and Hertfordshire.
